Carvel cake, freezing cold
He sat in a new highchair.
My birthday, five
Cheesecake, graham cracker
Chocolate 5 on top
Dad’s birthday, sometime
Cookie cake, chocolate chip
Maybe it was Father’s Day?
Abuelo’s birthday, seventy-five
Huge cake, really big
Easel and pallet on top.
